Shipping Details

FOR OVERSEAS ORDER ONLY

1.  We offer courier service on all Overseas order.

2.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

3.  For our delivery services, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery and you will be notified via the contact information you have provided for this purpose.

FOR HONG KONG ORDER ONLY

1.  After confirmation of the orders, goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days (except public holidays, Sundays and Saturdays). Any delay caused by stock, product category or orders overload.

2.  Shipping and handling are charged base on the net amount of ordered merchandise. If the net amount is over HK$600, you may enjoy free delivery service. For any purchase less than HK$600, a delivery expense of HK$100 will be charged.

3.  Delivery service is only available on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (except Lantau Island, Airport and Outer Islands etc.)

4.  Delivery is arranged on Mondays to Fridays, but not include on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

5.  If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic jams, poor weather, district limitation or other uncontrollable factors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control.
