In order to provide better services, all Goods can enjoy the refund guarantees through our online shopping system. However, you should follow the policies as below:

1.  Delivery Delay
2.  Goods are out of stock or discontinued

 

REFUND PROCESS
1.  We will contact you through email first.
2.  All the refund arrangements will be made through the original payment method.
      • Foreign users or buyers should notice there may be differences in the total amount of refund due to exchange rate differences.
      • We will not bear the loss for it during the refund process. 
      • PayDollar may take a month for the refund procedures.

 

IMPORTANT
1.  All goods purchased at YP Hub cannot be returned or exchanged.
