Payment Policy

You can pay by major Credit Card during the checkout. Our system is linked with Pay dollar server which provides easy and secure service during the transaction. You can also contact us if you can't successfully checkout by using Credit Card.  

We accept payment by Visa or Master Card when the total amount of order is less than HK$7,800 / US$1,000. On the other hand, we accept payment by fund transfer when the total amounts of order exceed HK$7,800 / US$1,000. You have to email the TT Slip to yphub@ypt.com.hk as a proof of payment confirmation.

If that order does not complete the payment within 2 weeks time, the corresponding order will be cancelled automatically and you will receive a notification for the failure of payment.

PRICING AND TAXES

Orders placed for delivery to some countries may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Services team via email at yphub@ypt.com.hk.

If you placed an order that was submitted but not accepted, cancelled, or is still processing, you may still see a pending charge on your method of payment. You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page.
